Let's work together to create a specialty license plate for epilepsy in Indiana!

There are many specialty license plates in Indiana, but none that support  people with seizure disorders.  Marc Parker, our “Speak Up, Speak Out”  director in Indiana, is currently working to make this happen, but he  needs your help.
    
Before Indiana will go ahead with a specialty plate to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Indiana, they need to see that at least 500  individuals will agree to purchase an EFI plate, which would cost just  $25 in addition to the regular cost of your plate.
  
Part of the $25 would go back to EFI to further develop programs  for people with epilepsy, while helping to raise awareness about epilepsy at the same time. 
    
At this point, we just need a commitment that you would purchase  such a plate if it was developed. To do this, simply download and print out State Form  55352. By signing the form, petitioners will not be required to purchase a plate, just showing an interest in doing so.
  
If more than one person in your home would be registering a car,  please fill out a line for each person and get the appropriate  signatures. We would also welcome the names and signatures of other family members, friends, school staff, health care workers or anyone else you know who would agree to purchase an EFI specialty plate.
     
When you have obtained as many signatures as possible, please email Marc Parker with your total so he can tally the signatures and arrange to send them to the BMV.
